Security / Cancellation Policy
A $500 security deposit may be required. Cancellations occurring 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15 percent service charge.
No refunds will be within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances, unless the property is re-rented; then a 15 percent service charge will apply.
All Rentals subject to 8 percent USVI hotel tax.
